Hey Simon,

I finally received my device today. The unit appears to be in working order and doesn’t look damaged however the box might need some reinforcement inside. The part that holds the device is easily ripped and the contents slides around. The box also looks like it was slightly crushed.

Sorry about this - and yes I'm perfectly aware - we will improve the packaging, definitely.
