Midronome Community

Hello

It appears that my Midronome won't sync to Ableton 12 via the plugin - is this something that other folks have experienced?

Just checking Appreciate it might be early days for an update to the plugin...

EDIT: Must have been a glitch or something because it seems to work fine now....

I've unplugged everything apart from the connection to Ableton, and the Midronome metronome is definitely not in sync. The locked LED is orange, and I've got a green sync light when I'm in the sync settings. Warp mode is repitch and the clip BPM is set to the correct tempo. The tempo on the Midronom...

By 'midi control' I meant the midi setup preference in ableton. Wasn't sure how to paste an image into this forum, sorry it wasn't very clear...

Thanks Simon. I remade the sync file, making sure it was 4/4 but this didn't change anything. I'm just using a blank Ableton template with no midi control in it- all the sequencing's being done by outboard gear...maybe a bug? Is there a way to reset midronome?

Ah, this is helpful. I hadn't realised you couldn't drop the sync audio into session view in Ableton.

Hmmm. Any chance you could share the Ableton sync device on this forum? I deleted my FB account and I'm not keen to go back...
